Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not purchase - will not honor warranty I would strongly caution against buying this or any other Calphalon product since the company does not honor its warranty. We purchased this pan and were generally satisfied with it until the nonstick coating started to flake off. We initiated the warranty replacement process in early January 2024. We were required to provide a large amount of documentation (proof of purchase, multiple photos, etc.). This was understandable, if a bit cumbersome, and we happily did so. On January 12, we were told "Your replacement order has been placed, and it should ship in the next 15 to 20 business days. Please be advised that we are manually ordering this from a different warehouse, so you will not get notified once it ships out because it is not system generated." No pan arrived. After waiting 2 months, we tried to get in contact via email multiple times. We never received a response. Eventually we were able to speak with a representative via phone. At this time, we received an apology for the delay. We were informed that a new replacement would be ordered. Again, it would arrive in a few weeks time. Again, we would receive no notification or confirmation of this order. Fast forward to early May. It has now been 5 months, with dozens of emails and calls, to get a simple replacement. We sent another email. We never received a response. It is clear that Calphalon has no interest in honoring its warranties. Be very cautious before purchasing any products.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not nonstick I was super excited that I finally found a pan that didn’t have to worry about the nonstick peeling off. However, despite preheating and applying oil, gradually heating and any other technique suggested, everything sticks to the bottom! I am able to scrub the food that ends up getting stuck on the flat bottom, Very disappointing. I’m not sure if this is a defective product or if this is a common complaint.
