Limited Warranty Information
Sunbeam Products, Inc. for its Calphalon brand of products (“Calphalon”) warrants to the original end user purchaser that its Calphalon products purchased in the United States of America (“Products”) will be free from manufacturing defects for the warranty durations in the chart below from the date of purchase or delivery (whichever occurs later) when put to normal household use and cared for according to Calphalon’s instructions.

Because Calphalon cannot control the quality of Products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty applies only to Products that were purchased from Calphalon or a Calphalon authorized seller in the United States, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Calphalon reserves the right to reject warranty claims for Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear; non-stick coating loss or non-stick coating performance loss after use, whether as a result of normal wear and tear or misuse and abuse; cosmetic damage which does not impair the functionality of the product, including scratches, dents, dings, scuffs, stains, discoloration, color changes, minor paint chips, or other nonfunctional changes in appearance; damage from misuse or abuse (such as improper cleaning, neglect, or accident); defects resulting from alteration(s); fire; theft; or defects resulting from the use of the Product in a commercial manner. Minor imperfections, surface markings as a result of shipping, and slight color variations are normal and are also not covered by this warranty, products purchased from Calphalon.com may be returned if unused and otherwise subject to the terms of Calphalon’ s return policy, or please contact your retailer for information regarding their return policy.
Warranty Claim Process:
Purchasers of Products who wish to make a warranty claim based upon an alleged Product defect should initiate a Warranty Claim via the warranty claim form on calphalon.com or contact us at 1-800-809-PANS (7267). You will be required to furnish proof of purchase and delivery demonstrating when and where you purchased your Product and when your product was received. You will also be asked to provide/upload photographs of your Product. You may also be asked to mail your Product to Calphalon for repair. If instructed to mail your Product to Calphalon, our Customer Support team will provide you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include the RMA number on the outside packaging. You are responsible for shipping costs to Calphalon and delivery issues related to your shipment; Calphalon will cover shipping costs back to you. We encourage you to use a shipping method which allows you to insure and track your shipment. Products authorized for mailing to Calphalon with an RMA number should be sent to Calphalon’ s warranty department, as directed by Calphalon during the warranty claims process. Do not send Products to Calphalon without prior authorization and an RMA number. Please ensure the product you return matches that referenced in your warranty claim submission, Calphalon will review and process your warranty claim based on the product provided to Calphalon.
Remedies Under This Warranty:
Calphalon will replace a defective Product that is covered by this warranty or will refund the purchase price of the Product in the event Calphalon is unable to provide a replacement. If the item that is the subject of the warranty claim is discontinued and thus no longer available, Calphalon will replace your item with the most comparable item currently manufactured.

There are no warranties which extend beyond those stated herein. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE APPLICABLE TO PRODUCTS, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL CALPHALON BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES BASED UPON BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR STRICT LIABILITY. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
