Rated 1 out of 5 by from Received damaged and worst customer service First off beware!!! This company does not want to issue refunds. I received this skillet damaged. First they make you write your name and case number on a piece of paper and place it by the damaged item and take pictures (make sure the piece of paper is visible in the picture). You have to take a picture up close, far back and take a picture of the bottom. After they reviewed my pics, they sent a return label. I sent the pan that day, which was Dec. 19th. They received the pan Dec. 21st at 10:24am. I received “proof of delivery” from FedEx. I never heard from or received an email from this company. So I called them Dec. 27th. They always put you on hold then come back with no solution. I was put on hold 3 times, only to say they are looking into it and will know something in 24 hrs. Okay so I waited only to receive an email yesterday saying my bank rejected the refund so they have to send me a check. I called them today Dec 28th regarding that email. I told them I was at my credit union this morning and they did not reject the refund. I was put on hold. Then she came back to the phone to tell me it wasn’t my bank after all that it was an error on their end. I said well I do not want to receive a check can they process the refund again. She said unfortunately the check was in process (not yet mailed) I said well since it was their mistake could they process my refund through my bank. She said they couldn’t. I asked to speak with a supervisor. I was put on hold just for her to come back and say a manager was not available. Then she told me the amount of the check and I will receive it in 4 to 6 weeks! 4 to 6 weeks!!!! And she told me the refund was for $47.69. I told her I paid $49.99 I should receive what I paid plus tax. She put me on hold again only to come back and say that is the amount of the refund $47.69. I told her that’s stealing. Now I have to receive a check for less than what I paid in 4 to 6 weeks. Beware they are sneaky, liars and thieves.
