Rated 1 out of 5 by from Made me a worse cook Wish I purchased from a store, at least then I could return. Your phone number states to hold for return numbers yet you never ever get a real person, and never get a reply from emails other than a phantom reference number from a one time email. Never to hear from you again. I have been using Calphalon for over 25 years. I would have thought you would have had better customer service. But I see you have the same pat answers here, I wasted good money, on a non stick pan where EVERYTHING I cooked stuck and burned.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Big, Deep, Durable This was a good replacement for my largest deep fry pan. The founded edge walls made it a little more difficult to scoop meat up on the spatula, but it helped during the cleanup process, so I would consider that even in pro/con on the design. The flat surface heated evenly and brazed the meat well. The associated cover worked well, as the dish did not have significant height. If I were to offer criticism on the shape of the cover, I would have domed it slightly to allow for items that have more height in the center. The non-stick surface seems to be sturdy, didn't have a lot of trouble staying non-stick through the cooking process, and it cleaned up well.

While a touch heavy, this cookware is very sturdy and flat, heats evenly and is very non-stick. Don't use metal utensils with this cookware, but you will be very happy with these things, we are.
