Calphalon is perfection that every kitchen needs.
This type of pan and size works great for me specially when I make pasta. The ergonomic design is perfect for cooking pasta handing is easy when i drained the water then I prepared the sauce in the same pan, just add it then cover with the lid and lower the temperature. When finished, the perfect and easiest part is cleaning because is NONSTICK pan so just running warm water and soap no hard scrubbing and "voilà" !!

5Qt. Sauté pan with lid
I bought this pan one and a half months ago. I have probably used it seven times during this time. The center of the pan has convexed making it not flat on my stove top. This has produced uneven cooking in this amazing Calphalon product. This has replaced another Calphalon pan that we’ve had for many years. Does not come close to the quality, weight or consistent cooking of the previous pan that we purchased. Very disappointed. I would like some resolution. There are many other options that we could’ve chosen and have always been faithful to the Calphalon brand. I look forward to hearing back from you as to how you will resolve this issue. Thank you for your time.

This is a 12 inch. I had a 10 inch higher sides. Is it still available. This one is way too big.
