How did your cooking journey begin?

With a passion for food and travel! After taking a cooking class in Bali, I realized that I could bring a piece of my travels home with me. So, I began developing recipes, allowing my adventures to guide my inspiration and my work in the kitchen. My recipes are a fun mix of just about everything.

My culinary style is eclectic, fun, and decadent. I love fusing flavors that create unforgettable dishes that you simply can’t get enough of!

What do you love most about cooking?

Cooking allows me to express myself creatively. It’s my “me time” where I can go into the kitchen and simply be. I tune out the world and enjoy the smells, the textures, and the art of it all.

Nutmeg. It can be used in savory and sweet dishes and is truly the unsung hero. When used in small quantities, it adds such a beautiful flavor. A close second is thyme—another ingredient that can be used in sweet and savory recipes that adds such a unique flavor!
