Rated 1 out of 5 by from disappointed. I received the pan and it was bowed on the bottom. The amount of surface that actually touches the stove is very small and when you heat the pan it gets even smaller. I had my original pan for 14 years and never had an issue. I put in a ticket with customer service over 2 weeks ago and have not heard anything at all. Very frustrating and i expected better service.

Unfortunately, it's way too heavy for me to use frequently, as I struggle to lift it to clean. It does make stirfrying a breeze, but since I am worried about how I'm going to wash it, I usually default to other pans

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Careful with Heat Distribution The bottom of the pan is a little thin so it cooks faster than we are used to. We fried chicken in it and it burned a little bit but it cooked through nicely. Will try with other dishes like pasta or soup to see how it goes.

The non stick is great I can tell it will last. Heat distrubution is good and cleaning the pan is super easy. Just watch out to not scratch it.

I love that I can’t use the whole pan in the oven and it can go up as high at a Dutch over 450. It’s a very very large pan but I love that’s it’s not super heavy. The size is perfect when cooking for a large family. I love that it’s also deeper then most pans. Plus the dark color inside and outside is just beautiful. In love now I want the whole set.

They sent me the Calphalon Hard-Anodized Nonstick 5 qt sauté with cover, this sauté pan is large and made of the greatest quality. Just picking up this sauté pan you can feel how well made this pan is. This is a nonstick pan so you will be wanting to use this pan as often as you can.

It has an even heat distribution which is always nice for cooking things and having them be done at the same time. This pot is also super easy to clean and is nonstick so cleanup is a breeze.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good product but handle gets hot This product is a 5 lb saute nonstick pan with lid. Super light and can cook a large amount food. Love that it has a cover because most of my pans don't have one. It was easy to clean too. My only complaint is that the handle gets very hot quickly while cooking so you have to becareful, or you will get burnt. I recommend using a mitten or cloth to hold it. I wish the handle had some sort of protection.
