Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent high quality dutch oven. I am mostly using this dutch oven to bake bread and it works great for that purpose. It is a nice heavy weight pan, oven safe up to 500 degrees, cleans up quickly and easily. Because of the way it is made, I read that there is no coating to peel off so I can expect the nonstick properties to last. Very happy with this dutch oven.
