Stuffed Bell Peppers Recipe


  • 3 Tablespoons of Grape Seed Oil
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1 LB. Ground Turkey
  • 1 Can of Diced Tomatoes
  • 2 Tablespoons of Oregano
  • 1 1/2 Cup Cooked Quinoa
  • 7 Bell Peppers
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper


  1. Heat the Premier™ Hard Anodized Nonstick Sauté Pan over high heat. Add the grape seed oil and start cooking the onion and garlic cloves, until softened.
  2. Add the ground turkey and mix until you don’t see any crumbles.
  3. Add salt, pepper and oregano and cook until golden.
  4. Add 1 can of diced tomatoes, lower the temperature and let it reduce for about 2 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked quinoa and mix until combined. Turn off the heat.
  6. Cut off the tops of the peppers and stuff them with the mix. Put them back in the pot and top with cheese.
  7. Place the pan in the oven for about 7 minutes at 350º F or until the cheese is melted.
