Sharp and attractive
You don't realize how dull your old knives are until you get new knives! These knives glide through fresh bread, meat and vegetables beautifully. I make sourdough bread--and my Calphalon the bread knife cuts the tough crust cleanly with almost no pressure.

I love the look and the feel of this set . It is durable and lightweight and many sizes to choose from . It is hard to find the perfect knife but I believe I have found it now . Would recommend for gifts as the Holidays approaching us so quickly . Highly recommend !!

Thank you Influenster! These knives are stunning! They come in a block which is very sturdy with no chance of falling over, or knives falling out. They have a very solid handle which has made using them easy, even with wet hands. They sharpen themselves every time you use them. I wish I had known about these earlier as they are my new favorite!

Sleek and Sharp!
After owning this set for approximately a month, we are continually impressed by its exceptional cutting, slicing, dicing, chopping, and much more kitchen capabilities. The built in sharpener and labeling of each knife function is such a game changer! Our previous set had become worn out, started to rust, which was prompting us to seek a new set that would maintain sharpness and simplify cooking preparation. The Calphalon set has certainly exceeded our expectations in this regard! The knives are incredibly sharp, effortlessly slicing through any ingredient. While I personally prefer handwashing for maintenance, they are also dishwasher-safe for convenience. Our guests are amazed by the look and design of these knives! Definitely recommend!!!

Nice knife block set
I received the Calphalon Premier 15 piece knife set with Sharpin Edgetech from Influenster for my honest review. This set includes 8 steak knives, paring, utility, chef, bread, santoku, and scissors. Easy to hold stainless steel handles. Sharp blades. Cuts food easily. The knife block had a built-in sharpener. Some of the handles have the knife type imprinted on the end of the handle. Nice feature. This seems like like a well-made, easy to use set. Hand wash and dry after use. Do not put in the dishwasher. I would recommend this product to someone looking for a good knife set.

Beautiful form and function!
This 15 piece set of Calphalon Premiere Knives with stainless steel handles is really nice. The knives are all quite sharp, and the unique self-sharpening feature keeps them that way!
The handles are shorter and lighter weight than the knives we are used to using with wooden handles. That’s a preference, and some family members like that more than others. I like that they’re smooth stainless from end to end.
The set has just about any type of knife that you could need for meal prep including kitchen shears. We’ve never had one of those, and it’s so convenient and versatile.
Overall, this is an attractive looking set that offers both form and function. They look beautiful and work beautifully! Highly recommend!!

Sharp and easy to handle
I didn’t realize how dull my old knives were until I received my free Calphalon Premier 15 piece knife set from Influenster for product testing. The stainless steel knives are light weight and comfortable to use. The utility knife is shown in the second picture - it easily sliced through a frozen slab of bacon with little effort on my part. The larger knives all have the “sharpin EdgeTech” self sharpening feature so you are guaranteed a sharp knife for every cut. The knife block is stylish and a lower profile than most which makes it blend in a little nicer on my counter. The set also comes with 8 steak knives which is nice as my old set only had 6. All in all a good quality knife set that is comfortable to use.

Superb Knife set
I am very picky about everything that we use in the kitchen. My wife mostly cooks but I also enjoy cooking a few nights a week. I am extremely impressed with these knives. We have had our butcher block of knives for a few years now and one of my biggest complaints is that I feel as though I am constantly sharpening them. The fact that the 4 main knives we use for cooking have built in sharpeners is a godsend. There is a large chefs knife that is great for most anything. The smaller santoku knife is one I didn’t realize i needed till I started using. It is amazing for chopping and slicing. The set also comes with a Utility knife which is less wide but still very sharp and useful for many things such as cutting tomatoes and other produce. Also included is a paring knife, bread knife and superb shears that are multi-use. The 8 steak knives are probably some of the best steak knives I have ever used and we have 3 other professional sets. They cut through meat like butter, smoothly and efficiently. I also love the look of the stainless steel handles which give the whole knife set a beautiful polished look that would fit in any kitchen. Overall, I am extremely happy with this set and appreciate Influenster for allowing me to try these for my honest review. I have no complaints and will be recommending these knives to everyone, they are 100% worth the price.

This product is so great. The actual set is beautiful. The knives are the sharpest knives I have ever had. I love that each space for the big knives have a built in sharpener. I tried all the knives on so many different products and all of them worked perfectly. This set is worth the money!!!

Nice basic knife block
I have been a Calphalon Stan for decades now, having owned various pots/pans throughout the years, so I was super excited to try out their cutlery.
Upon delivery, I was disappointed that the block was missing a foot, so it's lopsided. It wasn't in the box, so it never was applied at the factory, I guess. But everything was packed very well for safety, including plastic caps over the knife tips.
The knives have a great weight to them, better than any knives I've purchased in the past. They feel great in my hands and are sharp. The self-sharpeners within the block are incredibly helpful and will be a plus in the years to come. I'm in love with the Santoku knife! It's my first one, and I find myself reaching for it often. Being stainless steel, the knives must be hand-washed & dried thoroughly, so keep that in mind.
My biggest complaint isn't really a Calphalon issue, but mainly with bulky blocks. I would love a space-saving one more in the shape of a brick, but I understand why having them slanted makes them easier to grab what you need. The extra steak knives are a nice bonus.

These Are Great Knives. I’m Very Pleased!
I’ve been using my mother’s 30-year old knife set. I’ve been sharpening them, but I never know if it’s enough. This set is so sharp that I cut 5 of my fingers getting them out of the box, but that’s on me. These knives work great! Up to thirty point, I’ve used the chef’s knife, the bread knife, the scissors and a steak knife. They all work great. I can’t recommend these knives enough.

High Quality, excellent choice for future gifting
First of all, the packaging was so impressive. Every knife was individually wrapped with tip guards. You could buy this on sale and gift it ten years later and everything in the box would be pristine. The knives themselves have a good heft and are wicked sharp. I sliced a small homegrown tomato with the paring knife, making enough thin slices for two whole sandwiches. The knife block is heavy and the built in sharpeners a big plus!

High quality sleek design
This is such a high quality knife block. These knives are really sharp and the self sharpening slots helps them keep a razor edge. I love the modern sleek look of the block design and finally someone is making a knife that is one solid piece. This is the second Calphalon knife set I have owned. My original set is over 25 years old and the pieces I still have are looking a little tired. I expect I will get 25 years out of this set as well.

Quality, value and ease of use
I have never purchased a knife set for myself but have for gifts to others. This set is amazing and I am making reasons everyday to use them. And no more worry about keeping them sharp as the blade is sharpened each time it goes back in the block. The block is attractive and looks so nice in my kitchen, timeless elegance. The weight and grip on these knives fit my hands perfect for a straight effortless cut.

The quality is there!!!
I was thrilled when I was given the opportunity to review these knives. I love having the block to store them in and the fact that they maintain their sharpness by putting them in and taking them out! I also love how the handle is molded as part of the blade so it’s one piece. I truly couldn’t be happier with this set!

Absolutely my favorite knives ever Premier 15 with sharp in live up to their name, beautiful and sharp I love that they have the name of use on top to see it before using and they fit firmly in your hand and are nice weight, the glide smoothly thru a onion and I could cut as think as I need. And when reinserted into the beautiful wood block you can hear the sharpener.

Durable knives by Caphalon
I received a 15 piece Premier SharpIN Edgetech knife set from Caphalon in exchange for my honest opinion from Influenster. I was impressed by how carefully wrapped the items were. Each of the knives were amazingly well built from the tang (handle) to the blade. You can tell it was superior workmanship. The knife block is very modern looking and stylish in a sleek dark finish. I love that each of the knives have a respective place in the block, and each time you put a knife back into the holder, it is automatically sharpened. This brand is awesome and so happy with the quality and feel of these knives. The comfortable handles and durability of the knives will last many years @influenster @caphalon #complimentary

Beautiful knives I've ever seen and used
These Calphalon Knives are so beautiful looking and work beautifully also. They are so strong and heavy in a beautiful brushed silver. The sharpness of the blades are out of this world like no knife I've ever used. I can't get over how precisely it cuts meat and I grilled a London Broil and actually could shave the meat to use for cheese steak subs. The serrated bread knife sliced a fresh loaf of sourdough perfectly and didn't tear it apart. The best feature of all is all the carving and pairing knives have built in sharpening hones inside the inserts. So every time you remove your knives they are sharpened so they are like a new blade with each use.

These Calphalon edge tech knives are fantastic. Sleek design and sturdy. Each knife fits into its own slot in the block, specifically designed to sharpen each time you take it out of its space. The handles feel great in my hand. There is some heft to the blade itself which makes precision easier. I am loving this set and hope it is true that they stay sharp forever. Wipe clean after use and put back into the block. These knives look awesome on my kitchen counter.

Amazing, classy and quality product.
I'll preface by saying, I've owned many blocks of knives in my years, but none come close to this one! These have exceeded my expectations. I'm aware and familiar that the Calphalon name is synonymous with quality, but they have outdone themselves on this set! They are not only beautiful, but sturdy and do their job with ease! The block is gorgeous and has self-sharpening insert points for each knife (except the serrated of course). I have used for bread, chicken, steak, pizza, watermelon, strawberries already and their is a knife for each and all have performed exceedingly well. And are comfortable on my hands! They wash well too, not spotty like other stainless product. I love this product!
