Rated 1 out of 5 by from disappointed. I received the pan and it was bowed on the bottom. The amount of surface that actually touches the stove is very small and when you heat the pan it gets even smaller. I had my original pan for 14 years and never had an issue. I put in a ticket with customer service over 2 weeks ago and have not heard anything at all. Very frustrating and i expected better service.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Aspiring chefs must have! This is the most durable and well made pan I have ever owned! I love how versatile it is for both stovetop and oven use. It heats very evenly which is a game changer. I have used this every other day since I got it. It’s also very easy to clean!

Unfortunately, it's way too heavy for me to use frequently, as I struggle to lift it to clean. It does make stirfrying a breeze, but since I am worried about how I'm going to wash it, I usually default to other pans
