Rated 1 out of 5 by from Complete Junk! Never buy these! All of the nonstick surface comes off in your food! Very toxic. I am the only one who uses these pots and pans and after 50 years of cooking know not to use metal utensils, so definately not user error! Trying to get them to honor warranty is impossible! I would add pictures, but unable to.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Warranty Process is Broken I purchased a set of the non stick cookware and at first I was satisfied. Within the first eight months I noticed the large frying pan was starting to lose it's coating. I filled out the warranty information online and did hear back from anyone for over a month. Finally, got someone on the phone and they told me to mail it back, I told the rep that I didn't have a box large enough and he said no problem. We will review the pictures you submitted and let you know our decision. After not hearing from anyone after another month, I called back and this time I was told my claim was closed because I never returned the large pan. I explained I was told to wait, but the representative said there is nothing he can do. I gave up on the warranty and will not recommend this product to anyone. They do not honor their warranty. Here is my number for the warranty request that was submitted 45417718 . This has been going on since 2024.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not the quality I was expecting This set is “okay”, but not what my 10 year old set was. I specifically searched out Calphalon because I liked my original set so well..these are very lightweight, to the point of sliding around on the stove top. Outer coating seems flimsy and is hard to keep clean/looking nice. Handles are all metal (not coated in silicone) and get HOT, especially on the stock pot. Would have liked a 1.5 qt and 3 qt sauce pan; the 2.5 qt included never seems to be the size I need. The No-Boil inserts seem ridiculous to me, since you’re not supposed to cook at high temps with these pans. (Cook gently, it won’t boil over) I’ll use this set because I have it, but doubt I’d buy this brand again, unfortunately.
