Surface is starting to come off
I received this set as a gift about 3 years ago. The non-stick finish has started coming off. I use only wooden or plastic utensils as a rule so not sure why this is happening.

Great set of pans
I bought the set of Calaphon pans to replace some older pans that were losing their non-stick coating. I am very happy with this set of pans! They are heavy duty, cook evenly and are easy to clean.

I am horrified with this situation!!
Horrible customer service!! I purchased this set a month ago and received a bunch of random old pots and pans.
I contacted customer service and they told me that nothing could be done about it. They would not send me a return label as I sent various emails, pictures etc.Tjry opened 2 cases and both times they refused to give me a refund or even have someone talk to me. I asked for a supervisor to call me and no one had the decency to call me back. Spent days working on this with no accountability from this company. ** Do not buy from this site. Go to a reputable retailer that will put you first and refund your money. A month and no assistance or refund!! No apologies or arrangements just total disregard once they have your money!! Have a big box in my kitchen for a month now and have lost my patience. Will never buy Calphalon again! A company that doesn’t take care of their customers!!

Calphalon made n China vs Made n USA
This set is nice. I’ve owned Calphalon for 40 years. I always buy the sets made in the USA at original factory n Akron, OH. I thought this set was made in USA. The description did not state made in China. I needed it for Thanksgiving weekend so I didn’t send it back.
