Rated 1 out of 5 by from Nonstick Coating No Longer Covered Under Warranty We had purchased Calphalon Commercial Nonstick cookware a number of years ago. At that time, the product warranty included the nonstick coating in addition to the other standard warranty coverage items. The coating on our 8" omelette pan came off and no longer was safe to use. In filing a warranty claim, Calphalon initially denied the claim stating the nonstick coating was not a covered item. Fortunately, I had a product brochure that came with the cookware set that stated otherwise. I took a photo of the paragraph stating the lifetime warranty also covered the nonstick coating and sent it to the customer service agent handling my claim. After their "review" they offered to send a replacement "Premier" omelette pan which no longer offers warranty coverage for the nonstick surface. Calphalon sure isn't what it used to be regarding product quality and customer service. Buyer beware - make sure you read all their fine print regarding warranty if this is something that is important to you,
