Rated 1 out of 5 by from Warped pan after less than 6 months In less than 6 months, the 10" pan, which I use almost daily, is already warped and will not sit flat. The nonstick finish appears worn out. I only handwash this using a sponge for nonstick cookware. I always let the pan cool before washing it, to avoid warping. Doesn't matter. I wrote to Calphalon to complain and it took them weeks to respond. Their requirements to get any type of refund or replacement are so ridiculous and time consuming, probably to discourage any customer to want to jump through their hoops. I do not recommend this brand or this cookware set.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Calphalon Does not Honor their Lifetime Warranty Calphalon will not honor their lifetime warranty. We have a nonstick pan that the coating is flaking off. This is a health hazard since this coating is toxic. We are very careful not to overheat our pans, do not use metal utensils or wash items in the dishwasher ever though they say dishwasher safe. None of our other nonstick pans, including All-Clad or Viking are exhibiting this issue. Calphalon responded that the coating is an Unwarrantable item even though this is the sole purpose of their pans. However, we could send them the pan at our expense if we wished? All other vendors warranty their coatings and only ask for a picture of the issue for a claim.

There may be some innocent explanation, but we will not be using our new pan for fear of what we may be exposing ourselves to. We can get no hint of what is in the mineral coating.
