Love, Love, Love it!
With winter quickly approaching, my meals are switching to braised and slow cooked meals and the Calphalon Premier Hard-Anodized Nonstick 8.5-Quart Dutch Oven with Tempered Glass Lid meets all my cooking needs. I love that not only does it go into the oven up to 450 degress but that it is totally dishwasher safe... perfect! Unlike other Non-stick pots I've had in the past, I can use metal utensils with my Calphalon! I found even distribution of heat across the dutch oven bottom and the tempered glass lid allowed me to view inside the pot as my food cooked without having to lift the lid. A great product made in the USA with Calphalon's quality reputation and warranty. You can't go wrong!

I love washing this dutch!!!
I got this product because I didn't have a dutch oven and wanted to try it out. It is a little heavy but the material is great quality and durable. I just touched it and looked at it and realized how it is different from other cookware. And it is super easy to wash due to being nonstick. The nonstick feature is another reason that I got this cookware. And the size was another one, the size helps to make more food since we have a big family. We can cook many things in the oven and it truly takes the heat. We put it in the dishwasher and used metal utensils with it and we didn't have any problem. It can be used in the stove too, either glass, electric or gas top. It has lifetime warranty and directions on the box, not on a paper. I almost didn't see that and was wondering if it needed special care.

I just love my new Calphalon Dutch Oven! It's 5X more durable nonstick with Mineral Shield technology. It really exceeded my expectations. This is perfect for when I make homemade sauce and Lentil soup. It's compatible with any type of stove top and is also oven safe up to 450 degrees. I'm looking forward to baking a loaf of bread in it. I love the glass lid.- I'm able to watch to make sure nothing boils over. SO much nicer than it looks in the photo. This is truly the nicest pot I have ever owned!

This Calphanlon Dutch oven pot has to be the best and top of the line quality pot I ever had. I love that is big enough to cook a big meal that can feed a big family. It washes nicely and I know this will last for a lifetime. Unbeatable quality and beautiful design
