Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this pan this is my first time buying Calphalon so I can'y comment on longevity but so far I love it. the griddle is nice and big with a non-stick surface that is amazing. Plenty of room for 4 huge hamburgers. When you're done, the wash up is quick and easy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Chef’s kiss Calphalon’s reputation is absolutely earned. This griddle lived up to its name. The only reason I’m giving it four stars is because the lips on the side of the griddle or a little too low for my liking. Excellent for pancakes eggs not so much grilling onions and peppers. The heat distribution was a little more focused underneath the heating element on my stove. However, I have an electric stove and I don’t think this would be a problem with the gas stove. The griddle was easy to clean and fits with my other cookware seamlessly.
