I love it so much, planning to purchase a 2nd one. I've look for this size for a while, it's roomy enough to cook item at one time. Made of good materials. The surface is truly nonstick. Rated 3 out of 5 by from Ceramic two burner griddle review. Nice nonstick. Griddle warps when heated even with a bridge burner. Also very slippery on stove top. Works great as a baking pan. Disappointed with performance as a stove top griddle. Back to the lodge griddle.
