Not non stick for long!
After only 6 months, the pan is no longer non-stick. We followed the use and care instructions, and only used the pan once a week max. What a waste of money!

Non-stick NO!
So after 1 year these pans stopped being non-stick. We used them EXACTLY as Calaphon instructions recommend. I filed a warrenty calin and was told that "normal ware and tare" is not covered. So if you want to raplace an almost 200.00 pan every year, go ahead and buy these.

We love these pans, they are completely non-stick, but they recommend a small amount of butter. They clean up so well, and I’m sure they will last a long time providing you don’t use metal utensils in them.
