I like to bake meat, chicken, vegetables in my owen in this decos. Constructed with heavy-gauge steel cores, these sheets are designed to brown even the most delicate cookies evenly, making them hardworking kitchen tools for years to come. The interlocking nonstick layers deliver high performance release, minimizing broken cookies and stuck-on baked goods. It is easy to handwash or dish wash. Just be careful it’s easy to scratch with a knife of sharp fork. Set includes: (2) 12x17-inch baking sheets • 4.45 pounds assembled product weight •Nonstick surface releases food easily /but o notices it’s still stick so I’m using an aluminum foil on the bottom and completely cover food when baking the pork ribs for example/ • Raised sides prevent spills and drips • Heavy-gauge steel core heats evenly • Dishwasher safe for easy cleanup • Oven-safe to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. •Protected by a full lifetime warranty
