I love the stackable cookware, because of the durability and successful cooking. I have also used the shorter strainer to steam vegetables. Both inserts are great. These are very well made.

I had to do two batches so it shortened my cook time by allowing me to reuse the hot/boiling water. It also allowed me to lift, drain and place the lasagna in a cold bath as well.
