Rated 4 out of 5 by from Long handle stays cool. Love the non- stick pan but it does leave a residue if electric glass top is too hot. Will try in the oven one of these days.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have owned this product for 6 months now I have had no problem with it works great. I have found that you need to cook on lower heat and nothing will stick. It will conduct the heat very well even if the flame is at a lower setting I rarely cook or brown anything over 4 or 5 setting
