Zucchini Chicken Burgers Recipe


  • 1 Zucchini, Grated
  • 1 LB. of Lean Ground Chicken
  • 1/2 Cup of Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 Cups of Cooked Quinoa
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ Onion
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Tablespoon of Rosemary
  • Salt and Pepper


  1. In a bowl, mix together the ground chicken, ricotta cheese, egg, salt, pepper, rosemary, cooked quinoa and grated zucchini. Set aside.
  2. Heat a Calphalon Premier™ Space Saving Hard Anodized Nonstick 10” Fry Pan over high heat. Sauté the onions and garlic until softened.
  3. Add the onions and garlic to the ground chicken mix and mix well until combined.
  4. Make patties of about 6 oz. each and sear them in the Calphalon Premier™ Space Saving Hard Anodize Nonstick 10” Fry Pan, about 6 minutes each side. Serve.
