Meatloaf

Ingredients:

  • 3 Lbs. Ground Beef
  • 2 Tbsp. Grape Seed Oil
  • 1 Yellow Onion, Chopped
  • 3 Garlic Gloves, Minced
  • ½ Cup Fresh Dill
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Panko
  • 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fennel for garnish

Sauce:

  • 1/3 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 3 Tbsp. Tomato Paste
  • 2 Tbsp. Vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350º F.
  2. Heat the Premier Nonstick 12" Fry Pan over medium heat. Add the oil and sauté the onions and garlic. Set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients and add the onion and garlic.
  4. In the same pan, spread the mix evenly, place in the oven and cook for about 20 minutes.
  5. In a small bowl, prepare the sauce by mixing the maple syrup, tomato paste, vinegar, salt and pepper.
  6. After 15 minutes, remove the pan from the oven and add the sauce on top. Place back in the oven for the remaining time.
  7. Sprinkle fennel on top and enjoy!
