Rated 3 out of 5 by EA780 from Not an Air Fryer I to have had several of the comments mentioned here. Bought ares at Costco and had to return when the start button popped off. The door gasket has always been an issue and “air fry” is miss leading compared to real air fryers. This is just a small convection oven that toasts, bakes and broils. It’s fine but don’t buy it if you need an air fryer. It heats up quicker for baking small dishes and roasts fish and veggies quite well.

Rated 2 out of 5 by losyanez45 from Great Oven but.......... My family loves this oven, unfortunately it no longer works. Will not turn on after about of year of usage. I understand appliances do not last forever but I do not feel I got my money's worth with this purchase.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Pen1 from Nice little oven, but a couple major issues I always thought this was a higher-end brand, but have been a little disappointed with this unit. Heating is great, but I don't really see much difference between just plain toaster function and all of the other functions - food pretty much turns out the same. Two major flaws with this unit - one is the door seal. The door seal fell off after about a half-dozen uses. I kept tucking it back in the slots, but the heat eventually made it stretch and it no longer goes back. There is no option to order this common part - very disappointing - and I've struggled to get a live person during the hours offered. Second major flaw -- it's a HUGE chore to clean. The instructions state we are not to use foil on the bottom, but after enough uses and having to scrub for an hour to get the tray clean, I gave up and lined with foil - there is no difference in temperature like they said, so I will continue to line the bottom tray with foil. Cleaning the window from burnt splatters is also almost impossible. I like my kitchen spotless, but this little unit has become a nasty eyesore. If we hadn't paid so much for the "nicer" brand, we'd chuck it and buy a different brand that's easier to care for and easier to find replacement parts that are not third-party.
