Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great purchase! So far it has been great with air fried chicken thighs and drumsticks; stuffed-wrapped hotdogs, and stuffed jalapenos. So nice not to have the house heated up by the oven on a 90f day, and use less oil now decent oil is so expensive.

The only issues was the leg was broken, tried calling customer and couldn’t get any assistance but I like it sooooo much I used some tape until I get the nerve to attempt calling customer service again, that’s why I only gave a 4, PLEASE TRAIN YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE EMPLOYEES TO BETTER AND ASSIST THE CUSTOMERS WITH WHAT THEY NEED, IT’S THE WORST & HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. The oven is really a GREAT oven that I LOVE, I never want to call again!!!! I prey this review will get management to address customer service!!!! If I didn’t love how my oven and how well it works, because it’s worth the price and I do recommend buying, I WOULD HAVE SENT IT BACK TO AMAZON ALREADY!!!!
