Rated 5 out of 5 by from Has survived at least 20 years of pancakes We have had a griddle similar to this for at least 20 years. This is an amazing product. Nothing ever sticks to it. We cook with gas and the griddle heats up evenly and produces the most beautiful pancakes, grilled sandwiches, omelets, whatever we cook. We have been using only calphalon products to cook with for many years and all our pans still look amazing.
