Rated 1 out of 5 by from 4 qt pan I bought the 4 qt Premier Space Saving pan and used it for the first time. I noticed that when I attempted to wash this it had a "film" that I could not remove. It's as if the pan is stained. It looks absolutely horrible!! I sent an email to support after it happened with no response.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from fragile coating Got this for christmas, BIG pan, and broke it out for the first time tonight. Made some stir fry, beef, veggies, and a bamboo spatula. This thing cooks AWESOME, even heat, shockingly slippery, and surprising heat retention, a joy to cook with. Sadly, when i went to wash it, by hand, soft sponge, i noticed some DEEP scratches, i can already see metal underneath. I thought it was a bit of food and scratched at it with a fingernail, to find that it peeled off, and that i could deeply scratch any part of the coating, again with just a fingernail. I had heard nothing but good things, did not bother keeping the box or paperwork, never even read the warranty, I guess that is the next step.
