4 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
4 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. serrano peppers, minced
1/4 medium red onion, diced
2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
1 tsp. coriander seeds, crushed

12 lamb chops (3 - 4 oz. each)
Combine all ingredients for the marinade in a bowl and whisk together.
Place the chops in the bowl with the marinade and marinate, refrigerated, for about 4 hours.
