This light-tasting smoothie will fill you up to start your morning off with a blast of healthy flavor. Also a refreshing fruit treat on a hot summer day.

Cherry Berry Pomegranate Smoothie

Ingredient Description:
1 1/2 c. blueberry pomegranate juice

2 6-oz. cartons nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt

1 1/2 c. frozen dark sweet cherries

1 banana, peeled, coarsely chopped and frozen

1 Tbsp. flaxseed, optional?

Place all ingredients in blender jar.  Cover with lid, press power button and then “Smoothie” button. 

Makes about 4 c.
