Rated 5 out of 5 by SDgranny from THIS IS A GREAT 10" PAN I have used this Contemporary 10" Stainless Everyday Pan almost every other day since I got it and I love it! It heats fairly quick before adding the butter or oil, browns the food wonderfully and eggs just slide around in the pan. I hand wash it and dry it and it still looks new. The double handles are so convenient!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by NCgranny from Truly Everyday Go-To Pan This is the pan I use for browning, braising, making pasta sauce, refried beans and Asian dishes. It's just the right size for 2-3 people. From high temperature browning to low temperature sauteing the pan works perfectly and the clear glass cover is great for monitoring what's cooking. Even burnt-on food can be easily scoured and the pan is as good as new.

It looks a good as the day it was delivered to my home -- to the extent that it frequently makes the journey from the range to the table. The heat distribution is fantastic -- no hot spots! It's as easy to clean as any non-stick surface. It's very attractive and suitable for table use. It's the perfect size for a complete dinner for two -- things like pot roast, pasta dishes, and more. When we have guests, it's the perfect size for side dishes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by RVfulltimer from Perfect for stovetop to toaster oven I looked everywhere for quality pan with a cover that would fit inside my large toaster oven (interior dimensions 13" width x 4.5" height). This seemed to be the only one the on the market that would fit, so I bought it and have been extremely satisfied. It has a heavy bottom and tight fitting lid and transitions perfectly from my stovetop to my toaster oven. It's absolutely perfect for cooking for one or two people and has become the pan I use virtually every day.

Oven Safe: Oven & broiler safe
Recommended Stove Tops: Gas, Electric, Halogen or Glass, or Induction Stovetops
Utensils: Nylon, Coated, Wood or Metal

Dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand washing to preserve the luster of the stainless steel. Hand wash using a liquid dishwashing detergent such as Dawn® and a non-abrasive sponge or soft bristle brush. Use Cascade® for automatic dishwashers. To restore the shine to the stainless steel, you may also use Bar Keeper’s Friend® cleanser (or other polish made especially for stainless steel) and a non-abrasive sponge or soft-bristle brush.
