Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor service Received product damaged, filed claim with Customer Service, had to send multiple pictures of damaged item multiple times, Customer Service NEVER responded back once pictures were received to finish claim, I had to reach back out to them a week later, was told that the claim would be approved for a replacement, However, replacement wouldn't be shipped for almost another month due to replacement product coming from a different warehouse. It has now been over a month since claim was submitted and approved and I still don't have my replacement. I wont be receiving my replacement product for at least another couple weeks. Calphalon uses what seems to be a foreign call Customer Service call center to screen calls. The majority of individuals you talk to can barely speak english and are reading from prompts or que cards.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Super disappointed I bought my set less than 2 years ago and this Christmas I had my 6” knife snap in half while I was cutting potatoes & the 7” knife’s black part of the handle crack which was such a bummer. I have since then taken a good look at the set and my block is pretty worn now tooq. I loved my knives but now I think I must have received a bad set.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very convenient knife set, no more sharpening Son gave us these recently after we bragged on our other Calphalon stuff. This set has a nice, medium-weight feel with nice cutting ability. Self-sharpening is the nicest feature, I was skeptical. But, it works great. Very happy w/how sharp they stay.
