The Calphalon Contemporary SharpIN™ Nonstick 14pc set features a nonstick-coated blade with a longitudinal ridge that prevents food from sticking*, making food prep easier and saving you time. The ridged chef knife and ridged slicer knife allows for superior food release. The set features SharpIN™ technology with built-in ceramic sharpeners that automatically sharpen straight edge knives with every use. Knives are fully forged from high-carbon, no-stain German steel and feature a bolster and full tang for better balance and strength. Steak knives are made from stamped Asian steel. Ergonomically contoured handles allow for a secure grip and are labeled for easy identification in the block. Knife sets include a wood block and a full selection of knives for every task, from slicing to chopping to paring. Calphalon Contemporary SharpIN™ Nonstick knives have a full lifetime warranty.

Best Knife Set I've ever Owned
Incredible knife set. I have gone through many different types and brands of knives before and there are by far the best, They slice through anything like warm butter. They have the self sharpening which works great. If you don't like washing them by hand obviously these aren't for you but they say explicitly to wash by hand and its very easy maintenance for an excellent knife. Highly recommend.

Quality knife set
These knives are quality! Very solid and sharp. My only complaint is the finish on the block gets dinged easily from the scissors in front... but I love these regardless
