For years we struggled with pealing non-stick surfaces. We are never going back. As I said we love our Calphalon Premier Stainless Steel pots & pans.

Rated 1 out of 5 by RCinRI from Everything sticks. The pan seems to be quality made but, I can never cook anything without it sticking no matter how much oil, lard or butter i use. We paid a decent amount for this thinking it was a better performer. Am I supposed to season this pan like Lodge Cast Iron? Would that work well or just discolor the pan with no benifits?
