The metal thickness of the pan is at least 50% thinner than the old one, and the metal handle is pressed sheet metal that conduct lots of heat. The cost has gone up for an inferior pan.

I love the large surface and it really does not stick. I suggest using silicon based utensils to prolong the longevity of the pan and protect the non stick coat on the pan. Perfect and so happy Influenster and Calphalon gave me the opportunity to own this!

Very versatile and if you only get 1 size pan it should be this one. It’s light weight and easy to hold/not clunky or super heavy weight like a lot of pans so I love that. I’ve used for a few weeks now it really is non-stick and also very easy to clean!

Being able to use it on the stove and in the oven is so wonderful. The food also comes out so well because the heat distribution is really good. Their nonstick coating is outstanding, far surpassing that of other "nonstick" pans. For example, when making a homemade cheese sauce that usually sticks stubbornly, it effortlessly slides off with these pans. Cleaning them is a breeze; everything wipes away with minimal effort. I feel like the food is always cooked evenly from over side to the other. The size is perfect for a meal for four. I will say this is heavier than what I'm used to but if a little weight is the trade off for how well this cooks, I'll take it any day.

This pan is not too heavy either, which is nice and easy on the hands and wrists. I also love the ease of cleaning the pan after use and the fact that I don’t have to worry about food sticking! I’m excited to see the endurance of the pan over time.

You really want to take care of them and only use the proper utensils as to not scratch the non stick material. It distributes heat evenly and it is surprisingly very light. I was really impressed by how comfortable it was to cook with it.

The nonstick feature is awesome, everything washes off so easily. It says it’s dishwasher safe, but I prefer to hand wash it so that it can preserve the nonstick for longer. I really like this pan!

Nothing stuck. No weird film. This pan is great! It has some good weight to it however isn't super heavy. It will definitely get a lot of use in my house!
