Rated 1 out of 5 by from Just looks nice Poor quality steel, not 18/10. I'm comparing this to a decades-old fab**ware all-clad pan. The interior had brushed lines and was not polished to a smooth surface which caused food to stick more than usual. I asked customer service what the steel grade was, as I was looking for only 18/10 grade, but was told that information was not given to them. The lids have a major problem -- water gets stuck between the glass and the steel frame, so when you wash it, the soapy and dirty water goes in and doesn't come out, not until when you use the lid again while cooking, where this water comes back out due to the heat and leaks into the food you are cooking. The design is nice, the pans are durable, and all the lids fit the fry pans. Those are the only good things but unfortunately the interior quality and grade of steel is not good and the lids are not usable. I was given replacement lids and was assured the issue would be nor persist with the replacements but it did. I opted to get a full replacement set which was exchanging it for the signature series set. That set was worse in usability as the pots and pans were too narrow and its lids had the exact same issues. They advertise these products as being so amazing and charge a whole lot but it's really not. They just look really nice. I went with an another brand Tram**tina that advertises its steel grade of 18/10 and is NSF certified, and finally have pans that are similar to my trusty fabe**ware

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A good starter set. A good set of basic pots and pans, with high quality three-layer construction. The saute pan is a little wide/low, making it too easy to flip food out while stirring. Two sauce pans would have been better than two frying pans, given that most people are going to want a nonstick or cast iron pan.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love these pans. I have two sets of the calphalon cookware, have given a set to my daughter-in-law for a gift, who also loves the. Use reduced heat and I clean easily with kleen king stainless steel cleaner after years of daily use they look as good as the day they were purchased.
