The saute pan is a little wide/low, making it too easy to flip food out while stirring. Two sauce pans would have been better than two frying pans, given that most people are going to want a nonstick or cast iron pan.

Use reduced heat and I clean easily with kleen king stainless steel cleaner after years of daily use they look as good as the day they were purchased.
