Rated 5 out of 5 by from So glad I finally pulled the trigger on these pans I was hesitant to move to stainless steel. I had always had something with nonstick surface before but was just tired of it chipping. I also wanted something dishwasher safe. A friend of mine has this line in the stackable set (which I also ended up purchasing) and recommended I order them. I am so glad I did. I have an electric cook top and these are the best pans I've ever cooked with on that surface cook top. They heat evenly and I hardly have issues with boil over. Awesome pans.
