Rated 2 out of 5 by from Discolored pan | No response from customer service I'm pretty disappointed. I received my new set of Premier Space Saving Stainless cookwear and couldn't wait to start cooking. The first pan worked out great. No issues whatsoever. However, when i pulled out the 3 qt sauté pan and put it on the burner, it turned an off-color brown/bronze. The food side of the pan and the burner side of the pan are now completely discolored. I've tried washing it by hand a few times, but the discoloration seems to be due to the fact that the coating on the pan that has failed. I wouldn't be so disappointed if someone from the company would actually respond to my warranty claim and/or the emails I've sent to customer service to inquire about the status of my claim. Other than the automatic email response I received within minutes of submitting the claim, I've heard nothing back from customer service despite submitting the claim and following up with more than one inquiry to check on the status of the claim. One of the reasons I purchased this set was the Calphalon name. I assumed this company would stand by their product and provide support if something wasn't right. That has not been the case so far. I have not been able to get anyone from customer service on the phone. Their customer service line is a loop of recorded messages that get you no where. The few times that I have actually gotten through the maze to what is supposed to be an actual person on the phone, it ends up going to a voicemail and there is a message that suggests all reps are "in training". There is also a lot of reference on their website to their online "chat" feature. I cannot find it anywhere. There is no chat feature in the lower corner of the web page as their website and customer service page suggest.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lid didn't fit Brand new set received as a gift. 8" lid didn't fit the pans correctly, wouldn't seal and sit flush, and customer service (rep named Tanil) wouldn't replace lid after submitting pictures.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ideal. I just got these and so far I love them and wish Calphalon would do more singles (like a smaller sauce pan like the 1.5 qt or maybe replacements. We’re military (move frequently and often into smaller homes or traveling with bare minimum and we wanted SS bc its less toxic than the non stick. Pls do more stackable stainless steel/space saving stuff.
