Rated 5 out of 5 by from Where a great family breakfast starts! Fantastic griddle for making meals for a small crowd, think pancakes, french toast, burgers, eggs, hash browns, and so much more. BUT do not heat it up too rapidly, let the two different size burners it will bridge run on low moderate settings, don't worry, it's aluminum so it is about the best conductor of heat available for cooking (unless you can afford pure Copper (toxic), Silver (reactive and hard to keep shiny), or Gold (there's a good reason NASA coats space craft parts in gold). BUT NEVER USE A two burner griddle on a glass top range. The range manufacturers forbid it for safety reasons. If you heat a glass stove top outside of the designated burner areas, you run the risk of unequal expansion between burners causing a catastrophic heat inbalance and a possible shattering (quite violently) of the entire stove top. PLEASE read manufacturers manuals carefully for any and all kitchen equipment and stay safe.
