Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor design, poor customer care A pan without a real handle. Instead product has two little metal handles on both sides. This was not obvious in the product description - it’s marketed as “stackable”. Also, only one of the several pictures showed what you’ll actually get - rest featured different product with regular long handle. So be aware what you order To the product itself. It is impossible to raise with one hand give the two tiny handles. You need two hands to move the pan. Also, the tiny handles get hot. Other than than the poor design product seems fine. It does not warp during preheat Calphalon customer care gets one star. They respond very slowly and communication is unclear. I’m at three weeks and counting in my attempt to get my product returned for a refund.

It is non-stick, but is a higher quality than other nonstick pans on the market. It cooks evenly, and I can say it is one of the best pans I have ever owned. One of the great qualities of this pan is the space saving lid, which fit nicely on the pan, and allows other pans to be stacked on it. I highly recommend this pan. I think you will too.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very disappointed After buying and loving many pieces of Calphalon cookware, I purchased this pan. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. The nonstick coating is scratched and gauged. The pan is no more than 3 years old. I only hand wash it. Even though it's supposed to be metal utensil safe, I 've told my husband to never cut food in pan and to be very gentle if using metal. Also, it's almost like oil leaks through bolts that hold handles in place. The exterior of handles are greasy and corroded, and the bottom of the pan is continuously greasy. I am currently researching my next 12 in pan purchase, and it won't be from Calphalon.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don't even bother putting it away!! I love this skillet so much and use it every day. It can go in the oven and it's also dishwasher safe. I never have food stick to my skillet. It is so easy to clean because of the smooth surface that it only takes a couple minutes to clean by hand. It rarely gets put away. The only days I don't use it is when I have a migraine and am unable to cook. I also love the look and design. I love the 2 short handles on the sides instead of one long handle that sticks way far out and is always getting on the way. I don't think the skillet has ever been put away longer than just a few hours. I use it every single day and pretty much just leaving on my stove.

Cleaning is a breeze, on busy days I’ve put into the dishwasher. I hope to see smaller size skillets with lids in this line. I especially prefer the 2 small handles versus the one long handle. Fantastic product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Pan Ever! I bought this pan (similar to this one, my lid isn't space-saving) a year ago. I ended up buying this for others, including my best friend for Christmas. Even my best friend raves about this pan. It is the perfect size for almost all of my everyday recipes and dishes. I love the dutch style, as it fits perfectly in my sink (an old divided sink) and my dishwasher, but most days I hand wash. It cleans beautifully! I just love this pan!

She is always using our larger skillets/pan lately and since she is petite, I had a concern for the long handle sticking out from the stove top. This is the perfect pan to solve that problem! No chance of her snagging her sleeve or knocking the pan off or around the stove top since the handles are designed as such. Also, the lid rests securely in place in it's own grooved slots just above the handles. This will be one of our main "go tos" when cooking now...!

Its heavier than the prior version, it heats evenly and the lid, while heavier, is perfect for use while cooking and storing. I have no complaints and would highly recommend.
