Typically, I use butter for the flavor on my eggs or avocado oil if I sauteed veggies although it doesn't need it. Eggs cook lovely with this skillet. If you want to make delicious quick-foods this is hands-down one of the best skillets in the market. Everyone needs a good frying pan.

I use if for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I can fry, saute, scramble and simmer all kinds of wonderful meals in this skillet. It's non-stick surface makes it super easy to clean. It heats and cooks wonderfully and evenly. I even find my Mother pulling it and the griddle pan out of the cabinet to use for many different meals when I'm not cooking.

I use this pan for everything and everyday, since it is only me and it is so easy to clean. I found that silicone utensils are the easy ones to use, since it will not scratch the pan. This pan does not disappoint, I hope to be able to keep adding to my collection.
