Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ceramic Nonstick without harmful PFAs Calphalon is an excellent brand, and the Premier Ceramic Nonstick Dutch Oven with Cover definitely lives up to that reputation. It's a 7qt Dutch Oven that can be used for sauteeing, browning, braising, and slow cooking. It's well made so that heat is evenly distributed to ensure even cooking without hotspots. It's ceramic Nonstick that is made without PFAs. It's easy to clean and dishwasher safe, although handwashing is recommended. It's really an attractive piece of cookware. I look forward to Fall and using this product to make all of my soups and stews

It is the perfect size to make family dinner in. The heat is evenly distributed. I love that I can use one cooking pan to make the meal, makes for easy clean up. Highly recommend.

This is such a versatile Dutch oven. It’s sturdy but not too heavy to lift. It’s great for cooking anything from pot roasts to stews. The lid is excellent and allows for venting steam and easy viewing. It’s easy to clean and such a great Dutch oven, and I love the blue color!!

My husband does most of the cooking in our home. Let's just say this Dutch oven has been a hit. He has used it nearly every day since it arrived. It cooks so evenly and great on both the stove top and in the oven. This thing is wonderful. I'm totally sold on it!!

It works well in the oven, as well as cooking on the stove! And the lid is soooo very helpful! It is my new 7 bean hot chili pot! No more scraping the sides while cooking! Love it! Absolutely love it!

I got this mainly for only my sourdough bread and soooo far it’s perfection. Wipes clean so easy. Definitely different from my other Dutch oven. Definitely recommend!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Non-stick, easy clean Dutch oven The Calphalon Premier Ceramic Nonstick 7 qt Dutch Oven is very well constructed and not too heavy like alot of other Dutch ovens. It is made of Hard-anodized ceramic-coated aluminum that evenly distributes the heat and perfectly cooks a variety of foods like meats, soups and bread. I love that you are able to use this on the stovetop as well as the oven and did I mention that the ceramic non-stick surface is even metal utensil-safe! Cleaning this literally takes seconds because nothing sticks to it, which is the absolute best. I have a gas cooktop and the long stainless steel handles are great since they don’t heat up while you are cooking. I will definitely be adding more pieces from this product line.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lightweight and durable pot My first time ever experience with the ceramic Dutch oven pot, it’s amazingly light to compare to the classic one and has a clear cover that you can sneak peak through, the 7qt capacity is well enough to create kitchen masterpiece, my family of five are very happy to have new addition, absolutely great for stews and chili, I tried to make freshly baked bread and the result was great, the most what I adore from Calphalon brand is that inside surface is super slick and it’s super easy to clean the durable pot just by wiping crumbs and food excess away, I am definitely can suggest to others this wonderful product as it serves yummy foods to us.

We made chicken wings in it for the first time. It cooked them evenly. When it was time to clean, it was super easy to get it clean without scrubbing very hard. Overall it’s a great product!
