Wonderful pan!
I loved this pan! It made cleaning up a breeze due to its nonstick coating. The pan was also a good size and had some good weight on it. It cooked the food thoroughly and has been a staple in my kitchen since receiving it!

It’s kind of heavy
The durability of this pan is amazing, the heat distribution cooks everything perfectly and it’s versatile that you can make anything from fried chicken to chili in it. The design is big enough to feed the whole family and the cleaning it’s so easy because of the nonstick coating!! I needed this more than I knew, I highly suggest going to get yourself one!

Nice nonstick pan with great design
I love this pan. It’s durable, great design, distributes heat quickly and well. It is mostly easy to clean unless you cook in the pan with no oil (e.g., ground meat) and so it kind of sticks but overall cleans better than other nonstick pans. Great addition to my pans!

Versatile pan
This is a great everyday fry pan. I can cook many types of meals in it. From eggs to tacos to one pan casseroles it works great for all. In addition, clean up is a breeze. The only thing is, I will probably still use my cast iron skillet or stainless steel skillet for my steaks. I just get a better sear on them than with this pan. Overall, a fantastic addition to my cookware.

My new favorite cookware!!
I was not sure what to expect from the Calphalon Premier Ceramic NonStick Fry Pan and honestly thought it would be just another non stick pan
I was so wrong, since the first time I used this pan it has been the only one I’ve used! The construction is solid, nothing, I repeat nothing sticks! I don’t need to add butter or oil to the pan before cooking unless I want to!
The glass lid is solid and fits perfectly, the fact I can put it in the oven is fantastic, I’ve sautéed veggies, then sprinkled a little cheese on top and put the whole pan in my oven to melt the cheese!
It’s scratch resistant, such a bonus with anything non stick! I tend to use bamboo & wood so this isn’t a huge thing for me, but for some it is.
I’ve tried to get food to stick, heating up bbq in it, no oil, or water just letting it sizzle. Food came right out and it was simple to wash off.
The handles are well attached, no wobble or loose screw, honestly everything about it is such high quality, the heat distributes across the whole pan evenly, with a gas stove top this is a huge plus. If you’re looking for new cookware, this is such a great choice! I plan on adding more pieces of this to my collection as I replace my older items!

Best pan ever!!
Oh how we love this pan! It cooks evenly, doesn’t stick, and clean up could not be easier - you could honestly just wipe it out of your wanted! Seems durable - we will certainly put it to the test because we cook every single day. We are now looking into buying a whole set. A nice perk is that it’s quite pretty and looks great in my kitchen!

Light weight, easy to use and clean

This pan is great! I was really disappointed when the box arrived, as it was super light. I thought that there was no way it was going to be a quality product. I have a traditional non stick Calphalon pan that is about this size that is at least double the weight. I also have a full set of Caraway ceramic cookware that is also quite heavy, but has started to show scratching and pitting even though metal utensils have never gone near them.
The packaging mentioned that you can use any utensils (even metal, but I can’t bring myself to do it) and clean it in the dishwasher. Hand washing this is a breeze though because nothing sticks to it, even eggs or cheese. A quick wipe with a paper towel and then a light cleaning with soapy water and it’s good to go. It heats evenly and the bottom surface is completely flat so it can be used on any type of cooktop.
I’ve used it almost every day for the last couple of weeks and I think it’s time to upgrade all the pots and pans to this line, it’s great!

I absolutely love this pan, now I want to buy the whole set! It’s very durable, cooks food evenly and no need to use butter or oil because nothing sticks to it! Super easy to clean. The design is great, the handle doesn’t heat up. Nice heavy duty pan and lid.

Impeccable pan!!!
I am blown away by this pan. The quality is topnotch. I took the ultimate “egg” test and they did not stick whatsoever. I used just a little bit of spray and my eggs slid right out of the pan. It has a beautiful look to it and is easy to handle. Clearly I am impressed.

Great Safe Non-Stick Pan!
I received this product free from Influenster in exchange for my honest review. The Calphalon Premier Ceramic Nonstick 12 in. Frying Pan is a durable very well constructed yet lightweight and well balanced. It is made of Hard-anodized ceramic-coated aluminum that provides good heat transfer. The non-stick ceramic coating works very well and does not give off any toxic fumes like a teflon coating would. As an added bonus, you can also use mental utensils without having to worry about damaging the non-stick surface. Cleanup is easy and fast with minimal effort. While there is some heat transfer to the handle, (I have a gas stove) it still remains cool enough to the touch even after extended cooking time. Overall this pan is a great value for the money and is superior to some other pans I have tried in this price range.

Fabulous deep non stick pan
I absolutely love this pan!! It seems to be extremely good quality and appears to be very well made. The pan is a lovely blue color and the 12 inch is a great size. I have used it a few times now and not only does the nonstick work beautifully but it is extremely easy to clean. While cooking, the heat on the pan seems to be distributed very evenly which provides for even cooking of everything in the pan. I love the depth of the pan too and can’t wait to make some fabulous pasta dishes among other things in it. I have tons of different pans and this one has quickly become my go to for nonstick. The size and depth allows for a large amount of food to be cooked in it and the clear glass lid means I can easily see how the food is cooking without lifting the lid. I am very impressed with the quality and am already looking at other Calphalon pans I can add to my collection.

Most have in your kitchen for cooking
This pan is durability and heat distribution is on point. Easy and I clean and fry fast. Overall, I’m using this pan for my cooking TikTok video. I feel like it is going to help me with my cooking content so if you don’t have this pan, it’s a most to obtain pan for your kitchen and cooling as I made cooking content I know will be using this pan a lot for my cooking TikTok content. It is heavy pan but it worth having as part of your kitchen cooking items. The design is well made. And the versatility is amazing. Overall, the durability, heat distribution, cleaning , versatility and design amazing.

You Need It!
I received the Calphalon skillet free from Influenster in exchange for my honest review. Cooking with this skillet has truly been a treat in the kitchen! It is smooth and cooks the food well. It's heavy duty and non-stick. We've used it several times and have found it to be high quality and easy to use. It also came with a lid which is a great addition to it. I cannot wait to purchase more from this brand. As another plus, it was dishwasher safe too. I definitely recommend it to anyone who has a kitchen and enjoys cooking like we do!

When I opened the product box, my wife was very surprised to see that the product was beautiful and had a sturdy design. The product uses high-quality materials. When there are 2 handles to hold, it feels safe to use. The lid of the product uses glass, making it easy to observe the food while cooking, and the bottom of the pan uses thick metal and is painted with a very good non-stick layer. The product is equipped with a non-stick coating so it is easy to clean. When cooking, it heats up very quickly so it will save gas. My wife really likes this product. She hopes to use other types of this product line.

Calphalon tried and true
This is a great well made product. Fairly lightweight considering the quality of the materials used to make this pan. Heats evenly and fairly quickly. The ceramic coating gives a great non stick surface with easy clean up. I gave 4 stars for the weird seam in the lid which I included in the photos. Not sure if this is a flaw or made this way. It doesn’t affect the functionality of the lid just the cosmetics. Calphalon makes great quality products. This is a tried and true brand.
