Chicken with Gnocchi


  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 4 Chopped Garlic Cloves
  • 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • 8 Tablespoons of Butter
  • 1 Package of Gnocchi
  • ¼ Cup of Fresh Parsley
  • 1 Stem of Rosemary
  • Salt and Pepper


  1. Cut the chicken into approx. 1-inch cubes. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. 2.Mix the butter with the rosemary and chopped garlic and set aside.
  3. Heat a Calphalon Premier Nonstick 8” Fry Pan over high heat. Add the olive oil and the chicken, let it sear on all sides.
  4. Add the rosemary flavored butter to the pan and let it brown. Lower the temperature until chicken is fully cooked.
  5. Meanwhile, bring water to a boil in a Calphalon Premier Nonstick 6qt. Stock Pot. Once water is boiling, add the gnocchi and cook.
  6. Once cooked, transfer gnocchi directly from the pot to the pan and cook with the chicken for about 2 minutes until everything is well mixed. Serve.
