1 lb. fresh spinach leaves, cleaned and trimmed
1 tsp. sea salt
1 Tbsp. fresh garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. sesame oil
1 Tbsp. fresh ginger, minced
1 tsp. crushed red chili flakes
Place a large sauté pan over medium heat. When the rim of the pan is hot to the touch, add the sesame oil.
Add the garlic, ginger, chili flakes and cook until browned, about 2 minutes. Add the spinach, salt and pepper and cook until the spinach is lightly wilted.
Serve hot, room temperature or cold.
