1/2 lb. thick-cut bacon
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. chili powder
2 Tbsp. pecans, finely chopped
Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C.
Place bacon strips on a nonstick 12x17-in. baking pan.
In a small bowl combine brown sugar and chili powder.
Place the bacon in the oven and cook for approximately 10 - 12 minutes. Remove from the oven.
Sprinkle bacon with the sugar mixture and the pecans.
Return the bacon to the oven and cook until the bacon is crisp, about 5 - 7 minutes.
