1/4 honeydew melon, peeled and cut into 1-in. cubes
1/4 cantaloupe melon, peeled and cut into 1-in. cubes
1/4 pineapple, peeled and cut into 1-in. cubes
1/2 c. Greek yogurt
2 Tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. Marcona almonds, toasted and roughly chopped
2 Tbsp. mint, torn or chopped
Soak 8 - 10 wooden skewers in water for about 20 minutes.
Thread fruit cubes onto skewers by alternating honeydew, cantaloupe and pineapple.
Mix yogurt, honey and cinnamon in a bowl and set aside.
Preheat a double grill pan and place the skewers on the grill for 2 minutes per side.
Carefully remove skewers and place on a platter; drizzle with yogurt sauce and top with chopped almonds. Garnish with torn mint and serve.
