Excellent but fragileI purchased this from an outlet and was impressed by how well it performed in a professional kitchen after I got the right edge on it from a wet stone.
It has a good weight in the back so you can chop for hours without getting tired at all.
My sous chef dropped it from a kill table and it broke in half :(
Luckily I snapped a pic of it a few days prior and it's now forever tattooed on my arm (I loved it THAT much) just don't drop it..
