Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome knife I'm not sure how people are breaking this knife!! I've been using it in a professional kitchen for prep and online use for around a year and a half. It has plenty of dings and scrapes but the knife is solid!!! Been dropped multiple time even broke the top dropping it and grinded the blade a bit and good as new!!! I love this knife it's weight and feel in the hand it does however lose edge some what quick(have to sharpen about every 2weeks) but as I said it's a commercial kitchen lol. My only issue is I can't find a cover made for that knife just a standard one on it.
