Renowned in the culinary world and adored in his hometown of Cleveland, Ohio, Michael Symon is the chef/owner of critically acclaimed restaurants Lola and Lolita, chef/partner of Roast, in Detroit, Michigan, and his newest addition Bar Symon in Avon Lake, Ohio. Michael, who has earned attention through the years for his thoughtful Mid-Western cooking style, has been working with Calphalon since 1998. "My relationship with Calphalon over the years continues to develop and evolve," Symon says. "It was an easy partnership to start because it was a product that I already used and believed in and had at my home and used in my restaurants. So when they approached me, it was a natural! We've grown together. It's been a lot of fun."
